Learning Strategy
Connecting business needs to the knowledge, skills and support people need to succeed.
Learning, customer education & enablement
I help organizations identify the patterns behind recurring learning and performance challenges, then turn them into clear learning experiences, practical enablement and content systems that can scale.

The real challenge is not always a lack of training. It may be an unclear process, a difficult product experience, inconsistent support or a gap between what people know and what they need to do.
I work with customers, leaders and cross-functional teams to understand the problem, identify what the business needs to accomplish and design solutions that help people perform with greater confidence.
My work can begin with a training request, a customer adoption challenge or a performance problem that has not yet been clearly defined.
Connecting business needs to the knowledge, skills and support people need to succeed.
Looking beyond the initial request to understand what is affecting performance and what needs to change.
Creating onboarding, product education, customer training and self-service resources that support adoption and long-term success.
Developing reusable content models, governance and processes that improve quality while reducing repeated effort.
Building strong multidisciplinary teams and creating the clarity, trust and support people need to do their best work.

I’m Monica María Rojas, a learning, customer education and enablement professional based in Waterloo Region, Ontario.
My career has taken me from hands-on instructional design and customer training to content strategy and the leadership of multidisciplinary learning and creative teams. Throughout that progression, the part I have enjoyed most has remained the same: understanding a difficult problem and finding a practical way to help people succeed.
